BMM Enrichment Academy
BMMEA purpose is to provide a space for middle school male students to develop their academic, social, and career potentials. BMMEA aim to be an incubator that will produce productive males in our community and beyond. Furthermore, BMMEA aim to be a safe space for boys to talk, be in tuned with their emotions positively, and also learn critical behavior strategies that will enable them to make constructive decisions in their life and in school. Lastly, BMMEA, aim to be a beacon light for youth development in communities locally, nationally, and around the world.

Distinguished Gentlemen High School Program
The BMM Distinguished Gentlemen High School Program is designed to empower high school males to grow as confident, responsible, and purpose-driven leaders. Through mentorship, personal development, academic support, and community engagement, the program equips students with the tools and values needed to succeed in high school and beyond. Our goal is to cultivate distinguished young men who embody integrity, resilience, and a commitment to positively impacting their communities.

Entrepreneur and Career Skills Development
Small business is one of the major driving forces for the economic growth in the United States. Our educational system lacks deep and rich learning when it comes to teaching our students about entrepreneurship, financial literacy, real estate, credit, public speaking, leadership, and other critical skills needed to be fiscally grounded as they become productive young adults. BMM aims to provide consistent opportunities for students to learn about various careers, internships, job shadowing, creative projects, that are geared to entrepreneurship and career development.
